Boy Scouts: Scouting For Food

SAVE THE DATE - November 4, 2023

Each November, our local Boy Scouts do an annual food collection for area Food Banks.  On the date of the food drive, leave a bag with non-perishable, non-expired food on your front porch, and they will pick it up and transport it to the Food Bank! The Boy Scouts are early risers, so make sure to place your non-expired food on your front porch early!

If the Boy Scouts aren’t able to pick-up at your location, or if they happen to miss your house, feel free to drop your items off at 1321 South Atherton Street on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday between 9:00am and 3:30pm.  The Food Bank is unable to pick up donations that the Boy Scouts aren't able to pick-up.

In 2022, the Boy Scouts collected more than 33,000 pounds of food for our pantry!
